Little Funky House Bed & Breakfast is a privately owned bed & breakfast operating in Dallas County, Texas. By using our website or staying at our property, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Reservations & Payments: All rates are in U.S. Dollars. Guests must be 18 years or older to book. Payment terms and cancellation policies are disclosed at booking.

Cancellations: Failure to cancel within the stated policy timeframe may result in forfeiture of deposits or full charges in accordance with Texas contract law.

Check-In & Check-Out: Times are disclosed at booking.

House Rules: Guests must follow all posted rules, respect neighbors, and comply with City of Dallas ordinances and Texas law. Violations may result in termination of stay without refund.

Damages: Guests are responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items and may be charged accordingly as permitted under Texas law.

Liability: Guests assume all risks associated with staying at a residential property. Little Funky House is not responsible for injuries or losses not caused by gross negligence.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue lies exclusively in Dallas County, Texas.
